Netsuite Integrations

Stop managing your systems.
Start connecting them.

We connect NetSuite to the platforms your business runs on. New builds, broken integrations, or anything in between.

Integrations for the businesses you're building, not just the one you have today

Poorly scoped integrations break when your business changes — new volume, new subsidiaries, a platform API update. We build for all of that upfront, from HK banking rails to cross-border entities, and stay on after go-live.

NetSuite Integration Matrix

We make the platforms behind modern business work together

When your systems don’t talk, your business can’t listen. The connections we build are backed by 20 years of APAC experience and elite Oracle ERP certified expertise.

Shopify mark

Shopify

Connect Shopify orders, inventory, and returns to NetSuite so your team stops re-keying transactions and reconciling settlement reports by hand.

Salesforce mark

Salesforce

Sync Salesforce CRM opportunities, quotes, and accounts into NetSuite so deals close in one system and invoices post in the other without manual handoff.

Hubspot mark

HubSpot

Closed HubSpot deals should become NetSuite sales orders without someone re-keying line items. Getting that right means sorting out contact dedup, product mapping, and campaign attribution before you flip the sync on.

Stripe mark

Stripe

Automatically reconcile Stripe payouts in NetSuite with line-level detail for charges, fees, refunds, and FX so your clearing account actually zeros out.

Paypal mark

PayPal

PayPal batches sales, refunds, disputes, and FX conversions into a single bank deposit. Getting NetSuite reconciliation right means tracking payout timing, fee breakdowns, and dispute holds that can sit open for weeks.

Magento mark

Magento

Bridge Magento's flexible storefront architecture with NetSuite's financial backbone so orders, inventory, and product data stay consistent across every store view.

What to Expect with a OnePac Integration

No guesswork, no surprises. We scope every integration before we build it, so you know what you're getting — and what it'll cost — before anything starts.

Step 1

We review your setup

We look at your systems, workflows, and goals so we can understand what the integration needs to do and where the risks are likely to sit.

We review your setup

Step 2

We map the logic

Here we'll define how records, statuses, and exceptions should move between systems before any build work starts.

We map the logic

Step 3

We build the integration

Our engineers will configure the integration around your workflows and handle the platform-specific details that make the difference between a clean setup and a fragile one.

We build the integration

Step 4

We test it rigorously

We validate the integration using real business scenarios so the data lands correctly and the output makes sense inside NetSuite.

We test it rigorously

Step 5

We launch and support it

And finally, we'll take the integration live, monitor the rollout, and stay involved to help your team manage changes and issues after go-live.

NetSuite Integrations

FAQ

The timeline of a third-party integration will vary based on the complexity and the requirements of the third part since that third-part will generally be involved in the implantation process. For example if you are integrating with a bank for payments and reconciliation, the bank will be involved in the testing.

To reduce the time required, OnePac recommends that prior to starting the project, the business requirements are clearly defined and all the data and business rules are documented.

NetSuite is based on web-services so integration with most software is very straightforward and the OnePac team has experience integrating NetSuite with various types of software and technologies.

Many clients often use a middleware such as Celigo to connect their multiple systems. If there are lots of connections, a middleware system can help to standardize the processes and reduce cost and effort.

OnePac is dedicated to ensuring client success by providing comprehensive training for every solution implemented. Additionally, OnePac offers support services, managing integrations on behalf of clients to simplify operations and ensure seamless functionality.

It depends on the complexity of the systems involved and the level of customization required. Most integrations fall within a defined scope, and we provide clear, fixed-fee estimates after a short discovery call—no vague quotes or surprise add-ons.

We follow strict security protocols and use industry-standard practices for authentication, encryption, and access control. Your data is never exposed unnecessarily, and we ensure compliance with local regulations and NetSuite’s own best practices.

OnePac develops and implements integrations with clearly defined monitoring and error-handling rules, ensuring any errors are promptly identified and addressed. Middleware solutions recommended by OnePac come with built-in monitoring and error-handling capabilities for seamless and reliable integration management.

Yes. In fact, we specialize in rescuing failed or underperforming integrations. Whether your setup was poorly scoped, misconfigured, or simply abandoned, we’ll audit the system, identify what’s broken, and rebuild it so it works the way it should’ve from the start.

We design all integrations with future updates in mind. As part of our support process, OnePac works with clients to create a schedule of key activities and third-party software updates are part of this.

NetSuite provides a “Sandbox” environment where changes can be tested before they are moved to the Production environment. Changes to third-party software are carefully tested in the Sandbox first to reduce any risk and ensure the changes to not impact Production.
