Donald Austin

Executive Director

Donald delivers a unique blend of international problem solving and project leadership experience with a strong financial, business process, and technical background. Donald and his teams have partnered with clients throughout Asia and the Middle East to implement complex ERP Systems, Business Process Improvements, Outsourcing Solutions, and Change Management Services.

With over 25 years of experience delivering solutions for clients, Donald has worked with such organizations as PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM Business Consulting prior to starting his own companies.

Donald also serves on the Board of Governors of the American Chamber of Commerce and was a past Chairman of the Entrepreneurs Committee. He is also serving as a mentor to the Swire Blueprint Accelerator in Hong Kong.
Donald has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia, an MS in Information Systems, and an EMBA from Kellogg School of Management and HKUST.

Herman Yong

Managing Director

Herman was one of the first consultants in Hong Kong to implement Cloud solutions for businesses. Since then Herman and his team have implemented numerous Cloud solutions across multiple industries and countries.

Herman has extensive experience in Manufacturing, Distribution, and Supply Chain management and he is a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified Production and Inventory Management Professional (CPIM), Certified Project Management Professional, and a Certified NetSuite ERP Consultant.

Prior to founding his own companies, Herman worked for Accenture and IBM Business Consulting Services. Herman speaks multiple languages and has a Bachelor’s degree, Computer Science, First Class Honors from the University of Cambridge.

Alan Sin

Head of Business Development

As Head of Business Development, Alan is responsible for developing new clients and markets with his experience in enhancing Business Strategy and Process Improvement using leading edge technology. With a belief that, “there is always a better and more efficient way to get work done”, Alan adds value whether as a consultant or internal leader.

Alan has 20 years of business experience working closely with clients across industries including Financial Services, Telecom, eCommerce, and Professional Services. This experience has given him in-depth insights into what it takes to make clients successful. Prior to joining One Pacific, Alan was with Verizon, NTT Communications, and Nexmo where he focused on designing and delivering Cloud solutions to clients’ global business.

Alan has a Bachelor of Industrial Design, Management from Western Sydney University and served as the Alumni Director of University of Technology, Sydney where he received his EMBA.

With a BFA and an MBA, Sara brings a unique background that allows her to develop creative solutions rooted in business practices. She had honed her marketing skills over 15 years and across the globe, including Los Angeles, New York, Orlando, Washington DC, Shanghai and Hong Kong. Her marketing, engagement, and event strategies have increased exposure internally and externally at CASBAA, the American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, DC Public Schools and Walt Disney World. She excels at connecting people, ideas, resources, and businesses to increase revenue and develop successful partnerships that are aligned with the brand while facilitating the needs of the stakeholders. She has experience in a variety of industries, including media, entertainment, education, financial literacy, and the arts.
